Your estimator, Mike, provide us with a comprehensive and through estimate and explanation of the entire roof construction process so that we understood from the beginning of the process the specific materials used and how they were installed. He was the only estimator/sales person that we talked to that pointed out our lack of adequate venting in order to ensure the warranty would be valid should something happen in the future. We were very impressed because we felt he was looking out for our interests many years ahead, instead of just getting the quick sale.
