Born and raised in Denver, Jon Aikele began working in the construction business in 1967. Jon loves to eat German chocolate cake and enjoys golfing, fishing and Facebook. He studied Public Relations at Brigham Young University and began Roofmax in 1987. Jon is married to Timme Aikele and they have three children. His favorite place to be is in the mountains. Jon has 25 years overall of roofing experience and is happy and anxious to help you meet your needs.
Timme Aikele
VICE PRESIDENT/BOOKKEEPER
Born and raised in California, Timme Aikele began working in the construction business in 1985. Timme loves to eat Mexican food and steak and enjoys sitting by the fire reading a good book. She studied Business Finance at Brigham Young University and has been working with Roofmax since 1987. Timme is married to Jon Aikele and they have three children. Her favorite place to be is in the mountains. She has mastered Continuing Education in Financial Business Planning. Timme has 24 years overall of roofing experience and is happy and anxious to help you meet your needs.
Cheri Hansen
ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Cheri Hansen has been working in the construction business for many years. She loves to eat salmon. Cheri has been working with Roofmax since 2007 and is happy to help you any way she can.
Jason Gordon

Born and raised in Pleasant Hill, CA, Jason Gordon began working in the construction business in 2002. Jason loves to eat Chinese food and enjoys riding motorcycles. He is studying finance at the University of Phoenix and has been working with Roofmax since 2008. Jason is married and has one daughter and his favorite place to be is home. He has mastered the CCN Customer Service Boot Camp and GAF/GE Solar Photovoltaic Training. Jason has extensive roofing experience and is happy and anxious to meet your solar needs.
Ron Gomes

Born and raised in Sacramento, CA, Ron Gomes began working in the construction business in 1974. Ron loves to eat Abalone and enjoys scuba diving. He studied accounting at Chico State and has been working with Roofmax since 2007. Ron’s favorite place to be at the coast. Ron has 31 years of roofing experience and is happy and anxious to meet your roofing needs.
Peter Pavlik

Born and raised in Prague, Czech Republic, Peter Pavlik began working in the construction business in 1970. Peter loves to eat German food and enjoys hiking, snow skiing, and jet skiing. He studied art at Diablo Valley College and has been working with Roofmax since 2008. He is the father of one son and his favorite place to visit is the beaches and lakes of Montana. Peter has mastered the Certainteed Wizard Installer, GAF Master Elite Installer, and CCN’s Boot Camp and Advanced Boot Camp. Pete has 28 years overall of roofing experience and is happy and anxious to help you meet your roofing needs.

Born and raised in Concord, CA, Ron Jacobson began working in the construction business in 1980. Ron loves to eat all foods but especially liver and onions and enjoys fishing, camping, and motorcycles. Ron has been working with Roofmax since May 2009. He is married and has two children. Ron has 25 years overall of roofing experience and is happy any anxious to meet your every need.
Rafael Carmona

Born and raised in Tamaulipas, Rafael Carmona began working in the construction business in 1989. Rafael loves to eat carne asada and enjoys football and soccer. He has been working with Roofmax since 1989. Rafael has 12 years overall of roofing experience and is happy and anxious to help you meet your needs.
